These Terms of service govern use of hourstead.com. Hourstead is operated by Cédric LE NINIVIN, entrepreneur individuel, SIRET 817 487 994 00011, 285 chemin du Chazalais, 69490 Ancy, France. 1. Using the website

You may browse the site and purchase products for lawful personal use. Do not interfere with its security or operation, submit malicious code, misuse other people’s information or use its content in a way that infringes intellectual property rights. You must provide accurate information when placing an order or contacting us.

2. Product information

We aim to describe each product, its options, price and availability clearly. Screen settings may affect how colours appear. Check the selected variant, capacity and dimensions before ordering. Watches shown in product photographs are illustrative and are not included unless a product listing expressly says otherwise. If a detail is important to you, contact us before ordering.

3. Prices and orders

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). The product price, applicable delivery charge and total payable are displayed before you place your order. An order is subject to availability and acceptance. If we cannot fulfil it, we will contact you and provide any refund due. See our Terms of sale for the purchase process.

4. Delivery and returns

Our Shipping policy explains the UK delivery charge, estimated times and order cut-off used for estimates. Our Returns and refunds policy explains the 30-day return window, return postage, faulty items and how to request a return. These policies form part of the purchase information; they do not reduce statutory consumer rights.

5. Accounts and communications

An account is not required simply to browse this site. If you choose to create one, keep your login details secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorised use. Order-related messages are sent to the contact details you supply. Marketing messages are governed by your choices and our Privacy policy.

6. Third-party services and links

The store runs on Shopify and may link to other services, including order tracking. A linked third-party site may have its own terms and privacy notice. We remain the seller of products purchased directly from Hourstead.

7. Content and intellectual property

The Hourstead name, design, text and imagery are used by Hourstead or their respective rights holders. You may view the site for normal personal use, but may not commercially reproduce its content without permission. Third-party marks belong to their owners.

8. Website availability and corrections

We may maintain or update the site and correct errors in product information or pricing. If a correction affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and honour the remedies required by applicable law. We do not promise that the website will be continuously available or error-free.

9. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits your statutory rights in relation to goods, refunds or other remedies. We are responsible for the obligations imposed on us by applicable consumer law.

10. Changes and questions
