Delivery to the United Kingdom

Standard delivery costs £2.95. Estimated arrival is 7–10 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. The delivery information shown at checkout and in your order confirmation applies to your order.

Tracking your order

Open your confirmation email and select View your order. Tracking details are provided in your dispatch notification when available. Updates may take time to appear after the carrier’s first scan.

How to track your order

Delayed, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. For damage or an incorrect item, clear photographs of the product and packaging help us investigate.

Returns

Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions and address for your order. Keep the item and its packaging while your request is being reviewed. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For a return request, include your order number, the item concerned and the reason for contacting us. Do not send payment card details.
