1. Information we collect

Order information

When you place an order, we collect your name, billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone number. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store your full card number. We call this "Order information".

If you write to us, we also keep the content of your message so that we can reply.

  • Our supplier and DHL: preparation and delivery of your order.
  • Parcel Panel: order tracking.
  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads): analysis of Site traffic and measurement of advertising.
  • Microsoft Clarity: analysis of how visitors use the Site.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.

5. Advertising

We may use Device information to show you relevant advertisements on other websites. You can limit personalised advertising through your Google ad settings and your Microsoft advertising settings, and through the Cookie preferences link on this Site.

The Site is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
