Returns and refunds

You can request a return within 14 days after delivery of the last item in your order. Return shipping is free, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

To start a return, please use our Contact & enquiries page and include your order number. Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can help.

Any refund will be issued to the original payment method after the return has been processed. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
